Design Consulting

Intrust Event Design offers professional design consulting services that can be booked on an hourly basis or is included as part of our partial and full wedding planning packages. Our designer works closely with clients to understand their unique vision and aesthetic preferences, creating personalized vision boards that truly bring dreams to life. Whether you need assistance with selecting the perfect decor, choosing a color palette, or overall wedding vibe, our dedicated designer is here to ensure that your day is everything you've imagined and more.

Invitations and Stationary

Our Intrust Events Designer offers custom design services for a diverse array of event stationary and signage items.  Our expertise encompasses invitations, stationery, welcome signs, save-the-date cards, and other personalized event add-ons. If you can dream it, we can make it come true. Through close collaboration with our customers, we bring your unique asthetic and designs to life with precision and creativity.

What You Can Expect

Step 1: Free Initial Consultation

To begin the process, schedule a complimentary one-on-one initial consultation with us to discuss your personal style and vision for your invitation.

Step 2 : Obtain Cost Estimate & Provide Deposit

After your consultation, you will receive a personalized cost estimate within 3 business days. To kickstart the design process, we ask that you submit a 50% non-refundable deposit that will be deducted from your total invoice.

Step 3 : Work Together on Content and Design

Once you've shared your content via email or google document, we will start the process. You will closely collaborate with a skilled designer to polish the wording and layout of your invitation. There will be two rounds of revisions included in your estimated price. Additional revisions are subject to an hourly charge.

Step 4 : Final Design Approval & Printing Process

Once we receive your final design approval via email and confirmation of the required quantity, we will move forward with the printing and ordering. A standard order will usually take 2-4 weeks, but expedited options are available for an additional cost.
