Service Description

We are your expert Corporate Events Planner, extending the value and productivity of your team. The planning begins with a 2-hour kick-off session to outline the message, goals, budget, and ROI expectations. Following this, our team will develop a baseline timeline and plan that will be the foundation of communication of details moving forward. After the kick-off meeting, you will receive a personalized event proposal to review and sign. Additional items that we can handle are signage/swag design and ordering, registration, menu and catering plans, venue management, and social media content. Custom packages will include add-ons such as entertainment, lead generation, speaker arrangements, catering, and travel/hotel arrangements. The starting price package is $1500 and will go up from there based on the type of event and custom needs. Please pay the $750 deposit to reserve the day. An additional expense payment plan will be structured as needed, with the remainder due 30-45 days prior to event, as will be noted in the personalized event proposal. Attendance and event support can be provided at an additional cost.
